We’re delighted to announce that Santa’s Grotto is back for 2025 at Frosts.

Join us for a truly magical Christmas experience, filled with festive fun, and cherished moments the whole family will remember for years to come. Begin your journey in the north pole with our cuddly friend Norman. Pay a visit to Mrs Christmas’ Kitchen and gather around the cosy fire and listen to her heart-warming festive tales.

Next, head into the magical Toy Workshop, where little ones can choose and build their very own Christmas cuddly toy as a special keepsake to take home and treasure. Of course, no visit would be complete without meeting Santa himself. Share your Christmas wishes with him and capture the moment with a memorable photo.

Join our Elf helpers in the reindeer stables to mix up a special batch of magical reindeer food all ready to sprinkle on Christmas Eve helping to guide Santa’s sleigh to your door. Finish your visit by planting your very own mini-Christmas tree in a beautiful bamboo pot.

Spaces are limited, and this unforgettable festive experience always sells out quickly.

To help make our Grotto experience as accessible as possible to any families who may require any additional support, we are offering an exclusive SEN session. 

This session will be the same unique Grotto experience you would expect from Frosts, with some small adaptations in the way of smaller groups of people, reduced lighting and sound and less display furniture making it easily accessible for all. 

Our famous Santa Paws event is back at Woburn Sands... 

This year you and your four-legged friend will be greeted by our fun and loveable elf who will take you through to the reindeer stables to mix up your own bag of yummy dog treats for your special friend. Then its onto meet the big man himself and he will have a very special gift for every doggy. The price includes entrance for 1 owner. You are able to book tickets for additional owners and additional dogs separately.
